LDG – Labor Dr. Gansauge GmbH is a research- and manufacturing-oriented company with its own production facility certified according to EU-GMP guidelines. It develops and manufactures individual autologous cell preparations (LANEX-DC®) and works continuously on optimising the associated manufacturing processes. The company emerged from Cabion Technologies GmbH, founded in 2002, whose responsible team was taken over. LDG was founded and is managed by Prof. Dr. Frank Gansauge, who brings more than 20 years of experience in the manufacturing and research of cell-based preparations. Cell-based preparations from immunology and cell biology
LDG's focus is on the development and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes for individual, patient-specific cell preparations. Manufacturing is based on a manufacturing authorisation under pharmaceutical law; for the preparation LANEX-DC® there is additionally an approval pursuant to § 4b AMG granted by the Paul-Ehrlich-Institut. Manufacturing under controlled EU-GMP conditions
Manufacturing takes place in a clean room certified according to EU-GMP guidelines, under strict quality assurance and continuous process control. Every manufacturing step is documented and monitored in accordance with the applicable pharmaceutical regulatory requirements.
